  • Amazon Appstore Ahead Of Kindle Fire Launch

    Amazon has released another update for their Appstore for Android, which is ahead of the launch of the companies first Android tablet, the Kindle Fire. They said that it will be on sale in the US next week, and as well as a new design it also comes with some new features. As you can see from the photo, the new Amazon Appstore features a new and better GUI design, with dark colors, along with an added support for in app purchases and parental controls. The Amazon Appstore is available as a free download from Amazon!


  • New ad for HTC Rezound

    The HTC Rezound is going to be available on November 14th for $299.99 with a signed 2-year with Verizon. The device comes with Beats Audio. With Friday’s launch of the Motorola DROID RAZR and the upcoming launch of the Android 4.0 powered Samsung GALAXY Nexus, Verizon released an ad focusing on the Beats Audio features of the phone in order to differentiate the model between two heavyweights like the DROID RAZR and the GALAXY Nexus. By the way, let’s not forget about the HTC Amaze which is known for being customizable with HTC Amaze Accessories.

    The ad shows a typical wannabe playa listening to Machine Gun Kelly as he walks through the streets of the metropolis.


  • HTC Titan Lands On AT&T 20th November For $199

    Can’t wait for the HTC Inspire so that you’d be able to accentuate it with your HTC Inspire Accessories? Well, HTC has reveled their latest Windows Phone device which is the HTC Titan. It will be available from AT&T on the 20th of November for only $199, when you sign up for a new two year contract. The HTC Titan features Windows Phone 7.5 Mango, a 4.7 inch touchscreen display, a single core 1.5Ghz processor and it comes with 512MB of RAM. Other features include an 8 megapixel camera, a front facing 1.3 megapixel camera for video conferencing, WiFi, Bluetooth and a 1600 mAh battery.


  • 6 Storey Windows Phone Built In NYC

    Microsoft built a a 6 storey high Windows Phone in New York’s Herald Square to advertise theirnew Windows Phone devices which are expected to be the HTC Titan, Samsung Focus S, Samsung Focus Flash and HTC Radar 4G.

    Microsoft is scheduled to show off four new handsets today in its media event along with the launch of a number of value-added services and third-party applications.


  • HTC Explorer Lands In The UK

    It seems that the SIM free version of the HTC Explorer would be available in the UK in like few days and before the end of the month we just received an email from the guys over at Clove to let us know that they are now selling a SIM free HTC Explorer for £192 including taxes.

    The HTC Explorer is an Android device that features a 3.2 inch HVGA touchscreen display with a resolution of 480 x 320 pixels, an Android Gingerbread 2.3.5, HTC’s Sense 3.5 UI, a 3 megapixel camera with auto-focus, 802.11 b/g/n WiFi and Bluetooth 3.0.   • HTC Talks More About Android Ice Cream Sandwich Updates

    A week ago, Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich has been announced though HTC didn’t divulge information about their plans to upgrade existing devices to Ice Cream Sandwich. Now, they have released some more information about their plans.

    Samsung has released a new Android device called the new Samsung Stratosphere. It is an Android device that runs Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) and it is fully customazible using Samsung Stratosphere Accessories. It features a large touchscreen display, a slide-out QWERTY keyboard and is said to be Verizon’s first 4G LTE smartphone.   • HTC EVO Design 4G Gets Official

    It seems that the HTC EVO Design 4G has created a buzz in the mobile industry. In fact, we saw a leaked press shot of the device just recently, and it is now official and it comes with Android 2.3 Gingerbread.

    The HTC EVO Design 4G comes with a 4 inch qHD display with a resolution of 540 x 960 pixels, and is powered  by a single core 1.2GHz processor.
    Other features include a five meagpixel camera with an LED flash, a front facing 1.3 megapixel camera for video chat, plus WiFi, GPS, Bluetooth 3.0, and an 8GB microSD card.
    The EVO Design 4G will be available over at Sprint in the US for $99.99 when you sign up to a new two year contract.

    Problems reported include erroneous email notifications, camera locking, clock app issues, Google Talk and HTC’s Sense UI. Don’t worry guys, HTC already tweeted that HTC and Verizon both anticipate a release of the update soon.
